HOURS OF OPERATION
Copper Alembics USA is affiliated with The Essential Oil Company of Portland, Oregon. All checks are payable to The Essential Oil Company. Your credit card will be billed by The Essential Oil Company and will be reflected on your invoice and credit card receipt.
We are open 7am - 4:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. You can order at your convenience 24 hours a day on our. We accept all major credit cards. website shopping cart. For Visa/Mastercard you can call TOLL FREE 1-800-729-5912, or fax an order 1-800-825-2985, or email an order to orders@essentialoil.com. If you leave your order on voice mail please leave your name, date and time you called as well as the shipping address (UPS cannot deliver to a P. O. Box).
Our
minimum shipping and handling charge is
$10.00 for 7 pounds or less. Your actual freight charge will be adjusted when your order is processed, if over $10.00. Shipping and handling charges are determined by weight and destination at the time of shipping.
Electronic orders will be checked and you will receive a reply on the next business day (or sooner) listing your order, the amount, and the name of your credit card (not the number!) that will be used. To order electronically simply click

| PAYMENT OPTIONS For online orders we accept only the following in payment : Visa , Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover. If you will be paying be check or money order, please mail your order to us along with your payment |

| RETURNED CHECKS In the event your check is returned to us for any reason, you will be charged $35.00. No further orders will be shipped until your account is cleared. Furthermore all orders placed after that will be cash or credit card only |

| SHIPPING UPS ground-trac unless otherwise indicated. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air & Saturday delivery are available upon request for a additional fee. UPS packages cannot be shipped to a PO Box. US Postal Service also available upon request. Our minimum shipping and handling fee is $10.00 for 7lbs of weight or less in the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and international shipments are subject to additional freight charges. Your shipping cost is determined at the time your order is filled and shipped. If your order is over 7lbs the freight charge is determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Upon request we can estimate the shipping charge for you. Orders can be picked up from the Portland (Sellwood) office with at least 48 hours lead time. |

| BACK ORDERED ITEMS Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will not back order. Please re-order |

| RETURNS Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless it is our error. All items must be in original and resaleable condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call for a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the box. All returns must be packed in the original manner. If breakages occur on return because of inadequate packaging no credit will be issued. |
| DAMAGES Damages must be reported to UPS and The Essential Oil Co. immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact UPS so that they can inspect the shipment. If the driver does not do this then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order. |
| CONCEALED DAMAGE If there is damaged merchandise when you unpack the order follow these instructions: 1. Save the original carton and all packing material. 2. Call UPS and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package. 3. Call The Essential Oil Co. 800-729-5912 and we will start processing your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise if UPS does not inspect the package |
